Terms of Service
Effective May 2026. These Terms cover your use of Rexius Lited websites, shop orders, support channels, payments, loyalty, CSR tools, careers, consulting, ERP, fashion, travel, and related service tools.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms apply when you use Rexius Lited websites, online shop, checkout, invoices, WhatsApp support, newsletters, loyalty services, CSR booking tools, careers portal, ERP and digital services, consulting services, or any related Rexius platform.
By using our services, placing an order, submitting a form, making a payment, or communicating with us through our channels, you agree to these Terms and any service-specific conditions shown at the point of use.
2. Accurate Information
You agree to provide accurate names, phone numbers, email addresses, delivery details, payment references, application details, and any other information needed to process your request.
Rexius may delay, reject, cancel, or request verification where information is incomplete, inconsistent, fraudulent, abusive, or impossible to validate.
3. Orders, Pricing, and Availability
Product availability, prices, offers, bundles, delivery charges, and service timelines may change. We try to keep information accurate, but errors can occur. If an error affects your order, we will contact you with the available options.
An order may be confirmed only after payment, deposit, invoice approval, internal verification, or stock confirmation depending on the order type.
4. Payments, Invoices, and Partial Payments
Payments may be made through available checkout methods such as M-Pesa Express, PesaPal, card, Airtel Money, bank transfer, loyalty points, or other approved methods displayed at checkout.
For invoices or approved sales, partial payments may be accepted where enabled. A partial payment does not automatically complete the sale unless Rexius confirms that the remaining balance is waived, settled, or not required before delivery or completion.
Payment confirmation, receipt generation, and order status updates depend on successful verification from our payment systems or payment partners.
5. Delivery, Pickup, and Completion
Delivery timelines depend on item availability, destination, courier schedules, payment confirmation, and accurate contact details. Regional deliveries may use third-party courier partners.
Risk and responsibility for delivery may shift when the item is handed to the customer, authorized recipient, pickup contact, or courier according to the applicable order arrangement.
6. Returns, Exchanges, Warranty, and Support
Returns, exchanges, and warranty handling depend on product category, supplier terms, item condition, time since purchase, proof of purchase, and whether the item is custom, used, sealed, consumable, digital, or service-based.
Report order issues as soon as possible with the order reference, photos where relevant, and a clear description so our support team can review the matter quickly.
7. Loyalty Points and Redemption
Loyalty points are a Rexius benefit and may be earned on eligible purchases. Points, redemption rates, validity, earning rules, and exclusions may change as the program evolves.
Redemption requires verification using the customer details on record and a valid redemption code where applicable. Rexius may reject redemption attempts that are expired, duplicated, suspicious, or inconsistent with the customer profile.
8. Lifestyle Bundles, Offers, and Promotions
Bundles and promotions are subject to eligibility, availability, validity periods, redemption conditions, and department-specific terms. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be converted to cash or combined with every other discount.
9. Consulting and Service Engagements
Consulting, business support, custom software, ERP, design, technology, travel, and other service engagements may require separate scope documents, written agreements, invoices, timelines, deposits, approvals, milestones, or deliverables.
Advice, recommendations, and outputs are based on information available at the time. You remain responsible for final business, financial, legal, operational, statutory, tax, or medical decisions unless a separate written agreement says otherwise.
For statutory, tax, payroll, KRA, and eTIMS-related workflows, Rexius may help organize data and system processes, but clients remain responsible for accurate source data, filings, approvals, legal compliance, and professional review where required.
Support and maintenance terms, response times, change requests, hosting responsibilities, backups, user training, and upgrade scope may be defined in a separate written agreement. Separate written agreements may override these general Terms for that engagement.
10. CSR Safe-Space Sessions
Rexius CSR safe-space sessions are designed for listening and support. They are not emergency medical services, psychiatric treatment, legal advice, or a substitute for professional care.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services, a crisis hotline, a hospital, or a trusted emergency responder immediately.
11. Careers and Talent Submissions
Submitting an application does not guarantee employment, interview, shortlisting, or feedback. Rexius may verify information, contact references, close roles, or keep suitable profiles for future opportunities.
You confirm that application information and uploaded documents are accurate and that you have the right to share them.
12. Accounts, Security, and Acceptable Use
You must not misuse Rexius systems, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with operations, submit malicious files, impersonate others, abuse staff, exploit promotions, or use our platforms for unlawful purposes.
Rexius may suspend access, block transactions, cancel orders, or report activity where misuse, fraud, security risk, or legal concern is suspected.
13. Intellectual Property
The Rexius Lited name, logos, designs, website content, platform layouts, copy, images, documents, and original materials belong to Rexius Lited or our licensors unless stated otherwise.
You may not copy, resell, republish, scrape, or misuse our content or brand assets without written permission.
14. Third-Party Services
Some services rely on third-party platforms such as WhatsApp, payment processors, Google services, email providers, hosting providers, courier partners, cloud providers, and social platforms.
Third-party delays, outages, policy changes, verification issues, delivery failures, or API restrictions may affect service availability. We will work to resolve issues within our control, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
15. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Rexius is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of our platforms or services.
Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount paid for the specific affected order or service, unless applicable law requires a different outcome.
16. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our systems, services, policies, or legal obligations change. The latest version will be published on this page with the effective month.
Continued use of Rexius services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.
