Terms of Service

One set of general rules, with specific terms where the service needs them.

Rexius works across products, projects and experiences. These terms set the common baseline; quotations, project agreements, bookings and service-specific conditions add the detail.

Specific agreement beats generic wording.

If your signed scope or booking terms clearly deal with a point differently, use the specific agreement for that engagement.

1. Using Rexius services

These general Terms apply when you use the main Rexius Lited website, online shop, newsletters, careers portal, business consulting, ERP and digital services, Curves BD x Rexius, Rexius Escapes or related corporate service channels.

A specific order, project, booking or professional engagement may also have its own quotation, invoice, scope of work, service agreement, booking conditions or other written terms. Those specific terms take priority where they clearly differ from these general Terms.

2. Accurate information and authorised requests

You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and that you have the right to share. This includes names, contacts, delivery details, booking information, project documents, application materials and payment references.

Rexius may pause, decline or request verification of a transaction or request where information is incomplete, inconsistent, abusive, fraudulent or creates a security or legal concern.

3. Products, orders and availability

Product availability, pricing, promotions, delivery options and timelines can change. An order may require stock confirmation, payment verification or additional customer information before it is treated as ready for fulfilment.

Where an error materially affects an order, Rexius will communicate the available correction, replacement, cancellation or refund route as appropriate to the circumstances and applicable terms.

4. Payments, invoices and deposits

Payments may be made through the methods available for the relevant transaction, which can include M-Pesa, PesaPal, card, bank transfer or other approved channels.

Some service engagements, travel arrangements, custom work or invoices may require a deposit or allow partial payment. Unless Rexius confirms otherwise in writing, any remaining balance continues to be due according to the agreed payment terms.

5. Delivery, pickup and after-sales support

Delivery timing depends on availability, destination, payment confirmation, accurate contact details and courier arrangements. Where a third-party courier is used, the handover and tracking process may also be subject to that provider.

Warranty, return, exchange and repair routes depend on the product, supplier or manufacturer conditions, item condition, proof of purchase and whether the item is custom or personalised.

6. ERP, software and digital projects

ERP, software and digital-system work should be governed by an agreed scope covering the intended workflows, deliverables, client responsibilities, access, testing, training, timelines, hosting or support arrangements where relevant.

Rexius may support KRA/eTIMS-aware records and other compliance-related workflows, but the client remains responsible for accurate source data, business approvals, statutory decisions and professional review or filing where required.

7. Consulting and advisory work

Consulting outputs are based on the information, records and context available during the engagement. Rexius can support financial management, budgeting, controls, process improvement, reporting and operational decision-making within the agreed scope.

Clients remain responsible for final legal, tax, statutory, investment, employment and other regulated decisions unless a separate written agreement expressly assigns a different responsibility to a qualified provider.

8. Curves BD x Rexius

Custom fashion work can involve measurements, fittings, design direction, deposits, production timelines and client approvals. Changes requested after production has started can affect price or delivery time.

Return or exchange rights can differ between ready-made items and custom or altered pieces because personalised work is prepared for an identified client.

9. Rexius Escapes

Travel and experience arrangements depend on dates, availability, third-party properties or providers, guest information, payment and the package agreed. A request is not a confirmed booking until the applicable confirmation conditions are met.

Changes or cancellations can be affected by the rules of accommodation, transport, activity or other third-party providers involved in the booking.

10. Rexius Lited MHPSS

MHPSS is provided through the dedicated platform at mhpss.rexiuslited.co.ke. Its service information, privacy and confidentiality, safeguarding and support boundaries should be read on that platform.

Ordinary Rexius business channels are not intended for detailed MHPSS disclosures or urgent mental-health requests.

11. Careers and recruitment

Submitting a job application does not guarantee shortlisting, interview, feedback or employment. Rexius may verify application information, contact references where appropriate, pause or close a vacancy and retain suitable profiles in line with the applicable privacy information.

Applicants are responsible for ensuring that the information and documents they submit are accurate and theirs to share.

12. Accounts, security and acceptable use

You must not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with Rexius systems, introduce malicious files or code, abuse staff or users, impersonate another person, manipulate payments or promotions, or use Rexius platforms for unlawful activity.

Rexius may restrict access, cancel a request, preserve evidence or report suspected fraud, abuse or security incidents where reasonably necessary.

13. Intellectual property

The Rexius Lited name, logos, original website content, system designs, code, documents and other materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless a different owner or licence is stated.

Client-owned information and materials remain subject to the applicable project or service agreement. No general website access gives permission to copy, resell or republish Rexius proprietary materials.

14. Third-party services

Rexius services can rely on third parties such as payment processors, banks, email or cloud providers, WhatsApp and other communication services, couriers, accommodation providers, hosting services and social platforms.

Outages, delays, policy changes or restrictions at a third party can affect a Rexius service even where Rexius is working to resolve the issue. We do not promise uninterrupted availability of third-party systems.

15. Liability and reasonable remedies

Where something goes wrong, the appropriate remedy depends on the affected service, the applicable written terms, what caused the problem and the law that applies. Rexius does not accept responsibility for losses that are outside its reasonable control or are caused by inaccurate client information, unauthorised use or third-party failure.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.

16. Updates and contact

These Terms may be updated as Rexius services, systems and operating requirements change. The version published on this page is the current general website version.

Questions about a specific engagement should be raised through the relevant project or order contact. General questions can be sent to info@rexiuslited.co.ke or through the Rexius WhatsApp channel.
